Each year after Initial Registration as a Trainee, Trainees must reapply for Annual Registration and provide a Prospective Training Program every year. Trainees who have not re-registered by 30 April will be considered “incomplete Trainees” and will be removed from the mailing list and denied web access. A fee will be incurred for reinstatement.

Trainees are required to submit an Annual Supervisor’s Report each year and for rotations within a year. Failure to do so will result in the year of training not being accredited.
For those candidates sitting Part 1 or Part 2 exam reports must be at the College by
20 July each year.
Other Trainees (except for joint trainees with the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP)) must submit their reports with their Annual Training registration, or if in their final year of Training, by
31 December.
For joint trainees with the RACP Supervisors reports must be in by
15 October each year.
